Returns & Refunds policy

1. Overview

Shalimar LLC (operating as Bull Army) offers two distinct types of products: Digital Services (courses, mentorship, community access) and Physical Goods (apparel, merchandise). Due to the nature of these products, different policies apply.

2. Digital Products & Services (No Refunds)

All sales of digital products and services are final.

* Scope: This includes online courses, trading signals, mentorship programs, community access (Discord/Telegram), and downloadable content.

* Policy: Once access is granted, the service is deemed "consumed." Therefore, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products under any circumstances, including "change of mind" or dissatisfaction with market results.

3. Physical Goods (Apparel & Merchandise)

We want you to love your Bull Army gear. If you are not satisfied with your apparel purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

* Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

* Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the apparel must not be damaged by the client. Additionally, your item must be:

* Unused, unworn, and unwashed.

* In the original packaging with all tags attached.

* Free of any odors, stains, or hair.

* Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:

* Sale or clearance items.

* Personalized or custom-made goods.

* Items marked as "Final Sale."

4. How to Initiate a Return (Physical Goods Only)

To start a return, please email us at shariq.amin1@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

* Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

* Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

* If approved: A refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days.

* If rejected: The item may be sent back to you at your expense.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item (that was not damaged by the client), we will replace it free of charge. Please email shariq.amin1@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect.
